Dear Lord, Jesus Christ, in your precious name, I pray for the strengthening of the Catholic faith among (mention the person or people) and for the return to your blessed Church of all lapsed and non-practicing Catholics . . . for the strengthening and/or return of your Catholic flock of sheep to you, our Divine Shepherd, and to your divinely ordained Holy Catholic Church. Amen.
Return of Lapsed Catholics to the Sacraments
Almighty Father, You desire not the death of the sinner, but that he may be converted and live. Pour out upon us Your mercy and hear the prayers of Your servants. Soften the hearts of Your children who have strayed from the true path which You established for their salvation. They are now forgetful of their duties as Catholics, and pursue the pleasures of the world. Grant that they may quickly return to the practice of every Christian virtue, so that their lives may shine with the integrity of faith, the fervor of piety, and the ardor of charity. Restore them all to Your sacraments and the life of Your grace, through the merits of the most precious blood of Your Son, our Savior Jesus Christ.

Pray of Thanksgiving and to St. Monica
Eternal and merciful Father, I give you thanks for the gift of Your Divine Son who suffered, died and rose from the dead for all mankind. I thank You also for my Catholic Faith and ask Your help that I may grow in fidelity by prayer, by works of charity, and by Penance and the Holy Eucharist. You gave St. Monica a spirit of selfless love manifested in her constant prayer for the conversion of her son Augustine. Inspired by boundless confidence in Your power to move hearts and by the success of her prayer, I ask the grace to imitate her constancy in my prayer (mention person or persons here) who no longer share in the intimate life of your Catholic family. Grant through my prayer and witness that they may be open to the promptings of the HOLY SPIRIT to return to the loving union with Your people. Grant also that my prayer be ever hopeful and that I may never judge another, for you alone can read hearts. I ask this through Christ our Lord.

Fond Lover of Souls
Jesus, lover of souls, draw (mention the person or persons here ) back to the fold. Hold them in your arms and give them gifts of faith, hope and love. Let your word speak to their hearts and let the Holy Spirit fill their souls when they hear your Holy name. Let them search for the truth, Jesus, for you are the way, the truth and the light. Turn on the light for them. I ask this because of your great mercy for us.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel
Oh, most beautiful flower of Mount Carmel, fruitful vine, splendor of Heaven. Oh, Blessed Mother of the Son of God; Immaculate Virgin, assist me in my necessity. Oh, Star of the Sea, help me and show me you are my Mother. Oh, Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and Earth, I humbly beseech you from the bottom of my heart to succor me in my necessity. (Mention your request here) There are none that can withstand your power. Oh, Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. (say three times).
